Jennifer Bovitz
ASSOCIATE
Jennifer Bovitz is a trial lawyer with decades of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer. Currently, Jennifer litigates medical and legal malpractice cases in addition to representing professionals in regulatory matters before the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility, Board on Judicial Standards, Board of Medical Practice and Board of Social Work. As a former prosecutor, Jennifer gained significant jury trial experience prosecuting serious felonies. In addition to her criminal and civil litigation experience, Jennifer is an experienced ethics lawyer who served as a Managing Attorney at the Minnesota Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility where she investigated and litigated attorney discipline and reinstatement matters. Jennifer is a frequent CLE presenter, ethics columnist and has served as adjunct faculty at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Jennifer’s community involvement has included coaching mock trial, serving as a law school mentor, volunteering at Friends in Need Food Shelf and serving on its board and serving on the Washington County Community Corrections Advisory Board.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys hiking, kayaking and is an avid reader.
